Our architects and designers have created a series of different styles and finishes for each home giving you the opportunity to create your own unique space overlooking an expansive estate and natural playground.
Solar Passive Design
Every home at The Hamlet follows the principles of Passive Solar Design. So that your home is not just luxurious, but also environmentally responsible. Consideration is given to the Sun’s path and it’s azimuth through the year, the flow of wind, the shading provided by foliage and the location and size of water bodies.
The materials used are carefully selected for more than just their aesthetics. The walls insulate the home from heat and moisture, the windows are designed to take in light but exclude heat. Even the fittings and fixtures are chosen for their ability to conserve energy and water.
Personalisation Packs
Good design is about entertainment, not just functionality, and our designers inherently understand that. Our personalisation packages are a collection of colour palettes, interior fittings, furniture, accessories, and design elements.
The default option for all villas includes custom-designed stained flooring for all the rooms. Premium hardware fittings for the kitchen and baths, aesthetically pleasing energy conserving light and ventilation fittings, personalised landscapes for each villa and much more. Further modifications can be made as per your choice of personalisation pack.
